In global

Bo Monde offers companies, organizations and independents the opportunity to conduct themselves their own branding evaluation by opening an account on the Sixy® platform.

The Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to every evaluation professionally entered by a company or organization (“User”).

By using the platform, users declare that they agree with the GTC and agree to comply with them. Users who do not accept these conditions can not use the evaluation-platform. By using the platform, the user agrees to the applicability of these GTC, with the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional conditions of the user are excluded, except when previously and explicitly accepted in writing by Bo Monde.

These general terms and conditions apply exclusively and exclusively to the use of the Sixy platform.

Account duration

The Sixy account has a duration of 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A Sixy account starts the day after receiving the payment of the previously made invoice. The account is automatically renewed at the end of each period. Users can always ask Bo Monde, per letter, to stop their account.

All prices are in EURO, excluding VAT.

Any price increases will be published on the platform prior to their modification and communicated to the existing users. The customer is at that moment free in deciding whether or not he wants to continue the use of Sixy. New prices will never be announced unexpectedly in the billing of a subscription renewal.

Terms of payment

The invoices are payable on receipt. If users wish to deviate from this, the agreed due date we will be mentioned on the invoice.

Customers must pay the invoice amount in the currency stated on the invoice and  by bank transfer. The necessary bank details are stated on the invoices. Any invoice complaints must be communicated to us by registered mail within eight days of the invoice date.

If an invoice is not paid in time, a compensation equal to 10% of the invoice amount will be owed by operation of law and without notice of default.

The use

During the duration of an account, there is no limit on the number of evaluations, as long as they correspond with the chosen formula.

A maximum of two identified persons per customer are authorized to carry out the evaluations. From the start both people get their own login and password. All personal login and password can not be shared with third parties. If misuse is detected, the login and password will expire without prior notice.
